Implementation of the order collection service for customers with a contract

Dear customer,

During this pandemic moment, with the objective of creating alternatives for the execution of parcel postages, without the need to head to a post office, Brazilian Post implemented the collection service for all contract customers.
Exceptionally, the service will be operational from March 30th to April 30th, and may be extended as needed, with no additional charge for SEDEX and PAC, maintaining the prices of the services hired.
The collection can be requested through the Collection System (SCOL), available on the Brazilian Post website (http://correios.com.br/coronavirus) the day before your need.
 If there is a regular frequency, involving a minimum quantity of 11 objects, per collection, we recommend contacting your commercial representative to request the scheduled collection.
 We clarify that the collection is subject to operational feasibility in your region, given the amount of demands requested for the day.
